Ultimately,
healing is a paradox, for it is the realisation that since there is nothing
wrong with you, nothing about you needs to be healed.
Healing is the
removal of time.
Yet it can take time to fully heal. From what? From the
illusion that you are not already fully healed, and that you were not already
fully healed right from the beginning.
Healing is not a journey towards a
future wholeness - it is the discovery of that which cannot be anything other
than whole. It is the remembrance of who you truly are, and it's only a paradox
when you think about it.
